I've now launched myself into 'Freeland'!
I spent September supporting Company Chordelia's Scottish tour of The Chosen
in the role of Assistant Artistic Director and loved working with the great team of dancers and production staff, Marian and Elle. My thanks to Kally Lloyd-Jones for this lovely opportunity.
I'm helping Indepen_dance in the lead up to Gathered Together 2020, a feast of dance work for, with and by dancers with disabilities held in Glasgow. A Must Go for everyone working in dance, save the dates of 8 - 11 July and share with your organisation's staff.
I'm writing this on Clo and Si's smallholding porch just outside Christchurch, enjoying a holiday with Quee. Catching up with old friends and making new ones and having the treat of two Springs in 12 months. The sun is shining and the birds are tweeting their fantastically different Kiwi tweets. Ahh!
I've also met with some inspiring contacts here and I'm looking forward to more engagement with the global community of dancers and the next steps in my dance journey.
